Are you a factory or a trade company?
We make export ourselves but more than a trade company, we are specialized in engineering spare parts. We have many experienced factories we've cooperated with long-term, and we get involved in every production process. Once you place an order, we handle everything to ensure parts reach you on time.
Do you make customized products or finished parts?
Yes, all parts are custom made according to customer's drawings or samples. We can consider stock items when customers require them.
Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes, we will not release your design to third party without your permission. We can sign an NDA before you send the drawing.
What is the MOQ?
We typically don't set MOQ, but larger quantities receive better pricing. We're happy to produce prototype parts or samples to ensure quality standards.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, we require sample costs which will be returned when proceeding to mass production. For molded parts, we charge mold fees which then become customer property.
How do you handle quality issues?
All products undergo QC inspection with reports before delivery. In rare cases of non-conformance, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange rework or repair at our expense for transportation costs.
